R.U.R. (Rossum's Universal Robots) (Dover Thrift Editions)
Had to read it really - the man who introduced the term 'robot'. Apart from this (and lots of robots!) very much a play of its time - A little bit on the socialist propagandist side, A little bit sexist, and racist with it (Please, a fat, bald, short-sighted Jew who dies in a pile of money..., nice stereotype). For me, nothing amazing then here. Just the communist robots and a lot of 'workers of the world unite' rubbish.
